During his early years running medical clinics, Sachin found himself caught up in urgent demands and struggling with feelings of overwhelm. After travelling near and far to learn from some of the best strategic and spiritual thinkings in the world, he implemented their teachings and both he and his businesses underwent transformational change. This included discovering the power of offshoring which lead Sachin to outsource many of the day-to-day clinic tasks.

Kody is the founder of the hugely successful web development company Lightning Sites. He started his first business with $250 while working full-time as a volunteer Youth Pastor. Within six years Kody and his team turned his $250 investment into a multi-million dollar website development company generating over $3.5M in profit. Kody is an expert in building offshore teams and aside from his own team of 100 international staff, he has hired over 300 staff for other Australian businesses.

Todd is a GP and opened his first clinic in 2003 in Caroline Springs, Victoria. He and his team grew Modern medical to a network of nice locations. A founding Board Member of ASX listed BGD (later Zenitas), Todd switched from running medical clinics to conducting due-diligence and saving owners from their own mistakes. As a founder of Scale My Clinic & GP HERO, Todd’s personal mission is to give GP owners their lives back and create financially sustainable GP practices.

Dale Beaumont is an Award-Winning Technology Entrepreneur, International Speaker and the Author of 19 Best-Selling books. Dale started his first business at the age of 19 and has been building companies ever since. One of those companies is now a multimillion-dollar business education program, Business Blueprint, which is Australia’s largest business education program.

Sarah Boorman is an Integration Specialist who works with GP Hero and Scale My Clinic. Sarah has sixteen years experience in healthcare. She began her career as a registered nurse where she developed a passion for inspiring human behaviour and cultivating transformative change. The journey began with patients and through leadership opportunities advanced into leading change initiatives with healthcare teams. Outside of work Sarah lives in regional Victoria and loves getting out into the great outdoors with her young family.

With over 15 years of dedicated experience in operational excellence and organizational growth, Tonet is a seasoned leader known for a friendly, assuring, and polished approach to professional management. Throughout a distinguished career, she have demonstrated a steadfast commitment to high-standard service delivery and fostering a culture of continuous learning and empowerment.
Tonet recently embarked on a new professional chapter after a landmark tenure at a big BPO Company, where she has been an instrumental in driving team success and operational consistency.

Moore is a seasoned Operations leader with over 12 years of experience in the BPO industry, having built his entire career within the corporate outsourcing space. Throughout his career, Moore has played a key role in driving team productivity, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring operational alignment across client requirements. His leadership experience spans fast-paced, high-volume environments where consistency, accountability, and results are critical to success.
Outside of work, Moore is highly active and sports-driven.

With a strong background in training, operations, and performance management, May has built structured training systems that prepare VAs for real clinic environments — not just theory. She focuses on consistency, accountability, and practical execution to ensure every VA is equipped to deliver from day one. She has led training across multiple industries, supporting teams across the US, Canada, and Australia. May is known for her hands-on approach, building SOP-driven systems and coaching frameworks that drive both individual growth and long-term client success.

Demie is a results-driven Marketing Manager with over 6 years of experience in digital marketing, alongside more than 7 years of experience in storytelling and brand building within a media company. She specialises in performance strategy, content development, webinars, and marketing automation, and is known for her structured, data-informed approach to building campaigns that generate high-quality leads and drive sustainable growth. Outside of work, Demie enjoys trail hiking and listening to audiobooks.

Previously served as General Manager of a cooperative, overseeing operations, compliance, and financial reporting.
